Vitaliy Raskalov is a 20 year old roof-hacker, urban-explorer and a blogger from Kiev. He recently drew a great deal of attention when he scaled the Shanghai tower – the world’s second tallest skyscraper.

The team, comprising of Vitaliy and Russian photographer Vadim Mahora broke into and climbed the Shanghai tower designed by Gensler, soon to be China’s tallest and the world’s second tallest skyscraper. With the tower still under completion, the duo spent two hours climbing the 120 flights of stairs and then sleeping and waiting for 18 hours for the weather to clear. The images are nothing short of marvelous with the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Jin Mao tower in the background.
